LV Open House
Rocio Romero is hosting an open house on June 12, 2010 in Perryville, Missouri. She is the architect behind the LV series small prefab homes. While not tiny, at 1150 square feet, this modern home is still very affordable and the design flexible allowing for a lot of personalization. She also offers a smaller 625 square foot home called the LVM Home.
A Room of One’s Own
Stephen at Little House on the Trailer has redesigned their website (using my open source WordPress theme!) and made it easier to learn about their tiny houses. They have an open house every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Petaluma, California.
Stephen makes several different house models including the Sonoma Shanty but there has been a lot of interest around this little 10′ by 12′ tiny house that is intended to serve as a garden office/studio.
Steven’s Summer Project and Open House
I’ve been following Steven’s summer project closely and he’s been posting more and more detail photos of his unique tiny house. Pictured here is a skylight. He’s also just installed a custom built shower pan and composting toilet.

Progress Report: Jay Shafer’s Coast to Coast Tour
Jay Shafer left Tuesday May, 26 2009 on his Coast to Coast tour pulling the newly built Fencl Tumbleweed Tiny House on a cross country open house. By the end of the week he’ll be in New York.
