Nomads Nest by Wind River Tiny Homes

There are a bunch of very nice details inside Nomads Nest by Wind River Tiny Homes. I really like the lidded bathtub and kitchen sink. The house was built on a gooseneck trailer, features a real lower level bedroom, kitchen, bath, and open living space.

Hi! I’m loving this Tiny House Nation! I’m a single, disabled veteran. I’d love to have a tiny house built, possibly in Colorado. If I’d like one built on the land with a full bathroom, how much would I be looking at for the home? My son has moved out and is about to have my first grandchild, so I’d like a spare room as well. Do I need to find and try and purchase land first? I haven’t used my VA Home Loan yet, not sure what there credit rating requirements are, but I’ve been trying to get a home through Operation Home Front with no success yet. Can you help me with any information please? Thank you for opening people’s eyes to unnecessary space, I just love it!

I think they also have a list of places it is legal to have a tiny house . Many places won’t let you have a tiny house as a main dwelling on a piece of land.
