Tiffany is the home of Tim & Sam. She was originally built by A New Beginning Tiny Homes in Davenport, Florida. Modeled after a 1920’s craftsman style bungalow house, she has many of those common features like custom stained glass windows, built-in cabinetry, wood accent details, and wall sconces. The clerestory that runs around the upper level of the house works great to open up the space. Also notice the barrel ceiling.
The stairs neatly wrap around and don’t project too far into the room.
The stairs also hide away much needed storage space.
The kitchen has walnut butcher block counter tops, an oversized farm style sink, 10.3 cu f00t fridge, and 20” propane range.
The bathroom is posh by tiny house standards. Notice the Japanese inspired soak tub and subway tile. The composting toilet is a Nature’s Head.
Love the ceiling fan. Below you can get a better look at the barrel ceiling.
