Lodgepole Guard Station

This week’s tiny house in a landscape at Tiny House Blog is a Lodgepole Guard Station near Crater Lake, Oregon.

“This is a picture of the Lodgepole Guard Station located just south of Crater Lake, Oregon. The guard station is a historical cabin that was constructed to help aid in watching for Japanese bombers during WWII. It is a wonderful, secluded place tostay if you are in the Crater Lake area. There is much more information included on the Forest Service website.

Tiny House in a Landscape – Malakoff Diggins

This week’s tiny house in a landscape from Tiny House Blog.

“Photograph taken by Linda Lacy from California. Linda says: I took these photos at Malakoff Diggins, a California State Park that has been “cut” from the state budget. This is a wonderful area with lots of tiny houses.”

Tiny House in a Landscape – On a River

A tiny house on a perch in a river. I’m thinking I’d want pontoons on this house just in case of a flood – ha ha.

“This weeks Tiny House in a Landscape was sent to me by Ambershawn Ruse who received it as a photo of the day wall paper from National Geographic. It is entitled River House, Serbia and is a photograph by Irene Becker.”

Tiny House in a Landscape

This week Tiny House Blog has this tiny house in a landscape to share.

“This is a tiny house in Western Massachusetts, USA on a very fine farm (the best milk products in the region!). I love the living roof and the woodsy setting. They also built the shed next to the house – not sure of its use (outhouse?). The house is straw bale and homemade by the farmers.”
